Categories of SVAPOHN Grants
- Education Grant ( 4 grants up to $500 ) to attend Northeast Regional Occupational Health Conference
- Education Grant ( 2 grants up to $750 ) to attend PAAOHN Conference
- Professional certification/re-certification Grant (2 grants up to $550 )
- Education Grant ( 2 grants up to $200 ) to attend an occupational health, continuing education offering.
Eligibility Criteria to Apply
- Must be an active/retired member of SVAPOHN
- Attend one (1) SVAPOHN meeting in the previous 12 months
- Take an interest in the association and it's activities
- Be in good standing with the association
- Actively promote the association
- Be a member, or transfer member, one year prior to the application/activity
- Must use the award in the year it is given
Note: Special circumstances will be considered by the Board of Directors
for any payment requested or so deemed necessary.
All entries must be received by May 1, 2012 !!!
